  1. Great read with a lot of good information. A good diet plan is so important if you want to be and stay healthy. The keto diet is the best in my opinion.

    Nice article, you have a good thing going,. If we could get alot of people to do/try the keto diet , I really think we would have a weight problem in the world. I do have a question can you do the keto diet while eating organic? Or does it have to be one or the other? Very detailed, will give people a better way to look on how to eat.

    • Thank you, Sandra, you can still eat organic foods but should keep in mind that some fruit
      apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, watermelon, peaches, melon, pineapple, cherries, pears, lemons, limes, grapefruits, plums, mango and Root Vegetables
      potatoes (both sweet and regular), carrots, yams, parsnips, yuca, beets, turnips are not allowed. I would recommend that you stick to one to achieve your desired results.

    Thanks so much for all these great ressources on the KETO diet. I know from first hand experience, that the point about having or not having a plan absolutely holds true. I tried a bunch of times to get some success with the keto diet, but I was the one without a plan. And because of a lack of variety and ease, eventually I fell of the wagon… It wasn’t until I found a plan that worked, that I started having success myself.
    So I can wholeheartedly recommend going with some sort of meal plan. Your recommended 28 day plan, seems like a good choice.
    And I’ll definitely be looking into some of the cookbooks you have here.
